Made to embody the lighter-bodied styles from the Mediterranean, this Rosé is composed of 100% Pinot Noir from Sonoma County. After harvesting in the evening to preserve freshness, the fruit is whole-cluster-pressed. The juice is then fermented at cool temperatures for around 30 days and aged in stainless steel for a total of 6 months before bottling.
Aromatically the wine delicately lifts from the glass with notes of red berries such as cherries and raspberries. On the palate, the wine is light and bright, with matching fruit flavors as well as a mouth-watering, long-lasting, acidity.
