This white blend is composed almost entirely of Chenin Blanc with trace amounts of Viognier from organically farmed vines in Clarksburg. The vines are exposed to cool evening winds with mild summer temperatures to encourage ripeness without burning the fruit. The grapes are harvested and pressed, fermenting entirely in stainless steel and undergoing full malolactic fermentation.
Aromatically the wine is perfumed with fresh white flowers, zesty lemon rind, and ripen, juicy tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is balanced beautifully by the acidity of the Chenin and the slight weight from the ML and Viognier to create a perfect summer wine.
