The Tre Vigne Dolcetto is made up of 100% Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, coming from select vineyards in the Langhe region, on soils rich with clay-limestone. The wine is fermented, undergoes malolactic fermentation, and aged all in stainless steel. This is done to help preserve the natural Dolcetto characteristics of red and dark fruits.

Aromatically this wine is classically fruit-forward, with notes of black cherries, raspberries, and blueberries. On the palate, the wine's fruit is bright without the usage of oak, with soft tannins, moderate acidity, and a good overall balance. The wine has subtle hints of dust as well as an underlying herbaceousness that prevents it from becoming overly sweet.
