VINEYARD: Vines ranging 25- to 45-years-old are planted in the chalky-clay hills of Saint Andelain. The intensely aromatic nature of the Sauvignon Blanc grape from this growing area is powerfully evident in the wine's deep complexity.
VINIFICATION: After a gentle pressing and 24-hour settling of the juice, the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks followed by 5 months of maturation on its fine lees.
