This Rosado is made up of Viura, Garnacha, and Tempranillo from vineyards planted back in 1980 in San Vicente de la Sonsierra of Rioja DOCa. The vines grow upon beds of calcareous clay and organic fertilization is utilized. Upon harvest all the grapes macerate together for roughly 12 months before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel.
