Eastside Vineyard is located in the Russian River Valley AVA on a hill overlooking the expanses of the Russian River Valley and the vines grow upon beds of rocky soils that help reduce vigor. The wines are fermented with 100% Native yeast in a barrel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromatically the wine is a concoction of lime zest, candied green apple, nectarine preserves, and wet stones. The palate is more succulent with white orchard fruits, citrus powder, and a hint of umami essence. The backbone of this wine is inherently acidic, providing a long finish.
