This bottling of 100% Müller Thurgau hails from the cool climates of Valle Isarco, growing at 700 meters above sea level on sandy, gravel and schist soils upon vines ranging in age between 11-61 years old. After harvested, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine then ages on its lees for approximately four months in stainless steel.
Aromatically the wine is fruit-forward with notes of fruit apricots, green apples, fresh white flowers and nutmeg. On the palate the wine the bright and lively, with mouthwatering acidity and refreshing but dry finish.
