"BEST BUY. The Molamatta blend, primarily Fruilano and ribolla gialla fermented in stainless steel, includes 40 percent Pinot Bianco fermented in oak. The flavors have a rosy peach cast, tart apple acidity, grapefruit pith bitterness and floral scents that last. In fact, the combination of all those elements is clean and seamless, a fresh white for polipo (octopus) and lime."

Color: Golden yellow in color.

Aroma: It is characterized by an elegant bouquet of exotic fruits when young which evolves over time developing hints of sweetness reminiscent of vanilla.

Taste: It coats the palate, is warm and prolonged and the finish is well-balanced between freshness and fullness.
