"The 2009 Prosecco Dry Superiore Vigneto Giardino is made in a more overt style. Minerality takes a back seat to a decidedly up-front expression of ripe peaches and flowers. The Giardino also has the highest residual sugar of these offerings, which comes through in the wine-s weight and richness. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2011."

"Adami's delicious Vigneto Giardino (a 'Dry,' or slightly sweet style of Prosecco) offers plush notes of peachand white flower flooled by tangy acidity and more unique softness and plushness here that is very attractive indeed."

Adami
Vigneto Giardino displays its truest
characteristics--crisp, fresh, and fruity--if consumed in the
year after vintage. However, in the following years, if cellared
under proper conditions, intensity of flavors and fruitiness
will lessen somewhat, but the wine-lover may be pleasantly
surprised by a greater complexity on the nose and palate.
