Jamie and Julie Kellner have made a commitment to Sangiovese because of their passion for classic Tuscan wines. The estate has been planted on the hilly sides of their La Cañada estate to numerous clones of Sangiovese at over 10,000 vines per acre along with some of the only plantings of Canaiolo and Colorino in California. We are also producing small lots of Sangiovese from purchased fruit which are labeled Buoni Anni until we are ready to release the estate wine in 2013. Buoni Anni is the companion wine to the estate Sangiovese which will be called Cent’Anni. |
