VINEYARD 100% Melville fruit from the Santa Rita Hills vineyard. Combination of 16 Pinot Noir clones: 667, 777, 828, 113, 114, 115, 459, 943,2A, 9, 16, Pommard, Calera, Mount Eden, Swan & Merry Edwards.
VINIFICATION AND AGING 60% of the fruit is gently destemmed, the rest is whole cluster fermented. About 30 days of skin and stem contact, including a 7 day cold soak. Wine is gently pressed into neutral French oak where is remains sur lie until June.
