WINEMAKING: Craig harnesses the potential of this fruit by foot treading, fermenting with native yeast and eschewing any additions or manipulations, and racking the wine to one Slavonean oak oval to age on the lees for about a year. No fining or filtration. Native Malolactic. 100% vegan.
