VINEYARD: Sutter Ranch, located deep in the delta in the southern most part of the Clarksburg AVA. The second pick is for both Pet Nat and the barrel fermented still wine.
VINIFICATION: Hand picked, foot treaded, pressed, naturally fermented, bottled at 2.4 Brix, disgorged the following summer.
